Aggravating adversity creates mental chaos & meltdowns in our life?

Afflictions irritations can either turn our thoughts upward toward God

or turn us inside out toward self-pity.

But God assures us;

I will never leave you or forsake you.’

We can confidently say;

The Lord is my helper;

I will not be afraid.

What can man do to me?

Hebrews 13: 5-6).
