Our Lord will never burden us beyond our strength,

Jesus will never impose a task beyond the ability He richly gives.

He is on the other side of the yoke & He carries all its weight.

The responsibility is His not ours.

The results are His burden, not ours.

Our Lord is the kindest, most considerate Master in the world.

We Come to Him!

We Take from Him!

We Learn in Him!

We Find in Him our all!

Jesus cries, Come to me.

Come away with Me & yes, for sure, we’ll recover our life.

He’ll show us how to take a real rest.

He’ll Walk with us & work through us—

He says, just watch how I do it beautifully through you

Learn the unforced rhythms of grace.

He won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on us.

He’ll Keep constant company with us & we’ll learn to live freely & lightly.”
